I use Sonar. However, I have not had success dragging tracks out as a group to populate the equivalent number of tracks in Sonar. For some reason it tends to create a large number of unused tracks with each drag and drop. So.... Mostly I have been exporting them individually and then importing them into the tracks one by one.
However....
With the newer BB versions, you can open the saved file you made in BB in your DAW in the BB plug in VST. Dragging the files to tracks in the DAW from the plug in is easy. It has changed how I now work with the tracks as it eliminated a middle step and saves on HD space as well. You can use the utility tracks for extra track creation and easily drag those in too.
