All you do is put instacomposer 2 in the first track(or 7th I suppose)
Then in the pic you can see what the individual track settings need to look like.
Make sure you clicked on instacompser 2 to set Vstmidiout on the instacomposer plugin itself
Then in the individual track in Samplitude you click the button and choose vstmidiout(NA/VST)
and then Out/VST choose your instrument for the track
and set the channel for the track as well as in the track tab(Outlined in white for track 2)

That should do it
Update 07/16: Appears to be unstable in samplitude but works well in Cakewalk/Bandlab
