I have the same problem with the BIAB App on the iPhone 14Pro. You can get it to 'sort of' work by pulling down the BIAB screen towards the base of the phone. When it sits there (slightly smaller) there you can then use the top menus.

This is all a bit pointless though. Without the ability to 'render' my SGU or MGU tunes on my PC (connected via the server to the BIAB2GO program (BandinaBoxServer.exe) which is in c:\bb\BBHelper\ I cannot create a version that plays on my phone. The BIAB app on my phone thinks the files need to be regenerated every time (the play arrow is red not green) and it can't do it.

My PC is running Windows 11. I still get the 'need QuickTime' message on the PC (and iPhone).

For Windows 10 it was a long involved process to get it working. Four years later and the problem is still there.

In 2019 (Aug 18) my problems in installing Quicktime for Windows 10 were resolved by creating a small batch file to extract 3 .msi files. I ran these in order. I did not run the QuickTimeInstaller799.exe file. I have three pages of notes on what I did last time. I just don't have the energy this time! Has anyone solved this?

Any suggestions?
