Well, this could be one of two things.

It's possible that what you are hearing is just a different substyle. Each style file has two different substyles, A and B. A is indicated by a Blue A box; B is indicated by a Green B box. If this is the case, just click on the bar number to either toggle the substyle off or toggle back to the initial substyle. If you toggle it off, the song will just play on through. If you toggle to the original substyle, you will get a "fill" in bar 16, and then it reverts back to the original substyle.

Or, there is an explicit change of style files at bar 17. If that's the case, then just put the cursor on bar 17 and press F5. Then click on the button that says "Clear Style".
