The weakest part of BIAB is the style picker in my opinion. The style collection is so huge that there is too much effort involved in finding the last styles picked, or just go to one you liked but failed to take note. Marking as a favorite is not enough.
The standard used in many places is color tagging. Mac OS uses it so you can immediately list the documents you tagged in red, or blue, whatever file or place they are.
A good addition to the style picker would be to have the possibility of quickly tagging a style in a color for quick access later. GuitarRig plugin has it implemented and is very useful.

A second useful feature would be to be able to add annotations to the styles. It that way I could write there something like "used in the song X, added drums Y and changed tempo to..."

A third option in the style picker, very useful would be to sort by more than one column, like date released + genre or any combination. As a pro in database management I would add a Query language, even plain SQL would be helpful instead of endless scrolling.

And finally, the grid interface is useful but too many columns create clutter, you probably miss text with single lines. As a Delphi developer (almost 30 years now) I recognize some similar from the BIAB interface. There are multiline grid alternatives that can improve the interface. Or keep the single line interface but only put the necessary columns and pop a panel with other information if the user wants more info about the style.
