To set your pitch bend range in MIDI, you need to use 3 continuous controllers in succession. I make them one tic apart, but as long as there are no other CCs in between you should be OK. cc#100=0 CC#101=0 CC#6=total pitch bend range in semitones. I usually enter 2, unless I have a need for more. My old MT32 synth module is set at 12 semitones.
