I’ve been able to go +20 with some of the guitars, but not the acoustic pianos. And you can generally go more high than low without artifacts.

You did say RealTracks but if you count RealDrums, those are widely scalable. It’s not uncommon to see supported tempos for one track range from 100 to 300.
