I think we are talking about voicings in different ways. For me a "voicing" is set of notes which can be in any inversion. Maybe your version is more common.
Z My definition is that voicings can be in any inversion and in any octave. They can also have notes that are an octave or more apart. YMMV
When you are at the checkout line and they ask if you found everything say "Why, are you hiding stuff?"
