Sorry you're having trouble with that.. If you don't get the 'forgotten password' email from webmaster when you click continue, the two most likely possibilities are that you didn't type in the login name correctly, or your email address has changed. If that isn't the case, then perhaps something is filtering out the email for some reason, ISP, security software, firewall...
