B.D., very nice song indeed. Just when I think I've figured out the limits of BiaB I see something like this that sends me back to the woodshed. Amazing vocaloid performance, BIG professional quality production and VIDEO??? Just wow. Had no idea folks were doing stuff like this. Suspect not too many are. But I need to get out more. Ha!

I like where you take us melodically with some unpredictable notes.

Natalie sounds so good.

Good arrangement with the rocking guitars.

B.D.Thomas,

This is not a cheap love song.
It's very high quality pop music.
Piano arpeggios imitating Bach's Prelude are used very effectively.
It's a very good song that reminds me of ABBA.
Natalie is very natural.
Enjoyed my listen and watch a lot.

Best Regards.

B.D.Thomas,

Neat tune. Rich arrangement, but is not busy. Robo girl sounds very realistic. Very clean production. Listens well.
Can't help it, but couple of twists do remind me of Radiohead smile Thank you for sharing.

Thanks Marty!
After our discussion about "sister from another mister" I did a little googling, it doesn't seem to be uncommon to use that term.
Thanks again for your time [Linked Image - Only viewable when logged in]

From the intro on the song reminds me of darker ABBA songs, especially piano parts and even Natalie sounds like those ABBA ladies. Okay, those heavy guitars break the illusion and it is difficult to get to the right mood. But this is distinctly your style, from soft to very dramatic and back, and I have to admit that those guitars sound great, very good mix! And you certainly know how to get the most out of Natalie, to make her sound like she really means every word, especially "a fool", very impressive.

Loved it!

Thank you very much for your kind words, Noel.
I personally think that even most musicians would never get the idea that Natalie is just a piece of software unless you point it out to them.

Brian...I loved your love song...great production work...I always like the way you layer instruments in/out of your arrangements...you put a lot of thought into your song production (I can tell) and a lot of work as well...Natalie sounds great and her vocal flows nicely...I'm jealous of your piano chops and that Bosendorfer...it's just another great piece of music from you!

Yep, she's (my favorite) Synthesizer V singer. Never perfect, but lots of character.

Probably just a thing I do - sorry.
fab arrangement, good general narrative and well mixed.
Natalie was very well done.
Hmh ... actually the whole purpose of the lyrics was to get those 2 phrases into one song because I like them so much smile
But I get what you mean, my brain does that sometimes too.
Glad you liked the rest of the song.

Dynamics is something I LOVE, so whenever a song allows it, I go in that direction to add contrast.
Glad it worked out!

Really cool song. Loved the production and mix. The drums were so crisp. Awesome increase in energy with the guitars and panning. The vocaloid technology is incredible. It just blows my mind. Really well done.
