This would be due to the wave files having the same name as your Band-in-a-Box .SGU file, and saved in the same folder. By default, the audio files for MySong.SGU look like this.
MySong.SGU
MySong.WAV (this is the audio track for the song)
MySong Bass.wav (this is an "Artist performance" track of the Bass track for MySong.SGU. This is essentially an alternative way to freeze the bass track.

MySong_Render.WAV (this is the default filename for rendered audio of the entire song)
MySong_Render Bass.WAV (this is the default filename for rendered audio of the bass track)

You can just delete the files you don't need (e.g. MySong Bass.wav), and just keep in mind that your rendered files should not have the same name as your song. I recommend leaving the "_Render" part of the filename, then you will not mistake the various files associated with your song.
