I have BiAb 2023 and it works great on my Windows 10 Desktop Pc.
I have the real tracks on an external SD disk. Now I have installed BiaB on my notebook (also Windows 10), changed the paths to the Realtracks/Realdrumms, and "rebuild".... But he only finds 4% of the real tracks ?
Ive done the Verify option inside RealTracks config........and a lot of errors, all the same issue:

Firstly, does Windows Explorer show that D:\bb\RealTracks\ definitely does exists and selecting 'Properties' that it contains a significant number of folders / files?
Please list the Pak that you have (Pro, UltraPak etc).
Secondly, start BiaB, select the StylePicker, then select Rebuild from the lower section of the form. Then check to see if the situation has improved:

The files located in the RealTracks folder are only one component of a working RealTracks instrument. Another component is the *.st2 files that are found in your Band-in-a-Box folder (bb/Soloists) The RealTracks and Drums folders are the only two folders that can be located outside the bb folder. The error message is saying that you are missing the *.st2 files. To fix the problem, you could copy/merge the Soloists folder from your external drive to the folder you are running the program from (C:\bb). In fact, you may as well copy/merge all the bb folders (e.g. Soloists, Demos, etc.) from that external drive or run the Band-in-a-Box Setup install option 2 (copy BB files).
Yes, we see this quite often actually when people in particular have a system crash and load from a backup or when they only copy the RealTracks and RealDrums folders to a different drive without the important .st2 files (and sometimes also without adjusting the locations within the Band-in-a-Box program). Definitely give what Andrew said a try, but it for some reason that doesn't work for you, feel free to reach out to our support team directly via our chat system, phone, or by e-mail at support@pgmusic.com.
