Fabulous song but I REALLY didn't like the reverb/delay/spring slap part of the intro guitar.
It made more sense when the snare joined it but I'm still not a fan. Ray thanks for liking the song. The delay on the slap was an attempt to accentuate the beat. Maybe it didn’t work as well as I intended but I like it, Tom

You meet such interesting people in your travels and then write songs that distill the essence of their stories into fine gems. This song is no exception. Janice said she is always reminded of Travels with Charley by Steinbeck.  We love the arrangement too and your voice just gets richer in timbre. Excellent instrumental performances … of course. I like it. And I like how you grab things from your journeys and incorporate them into your writing.

What a terrific, cool song! I'm on listen #2 as I type this. Love the simplicity of the arrangement. Simplicity isn't all that easy if you're looking for a full sound. Yet you pull it off so perfectly.

Lovely understated lyrics. Wonderful song, Tom. My only sugg would be to try and downplay the first chorus a tad by leaving out something so as to build to the final choruses. It may not work though.  Vic Thanks for stopping by Vic. I appreciate it,Tom

I was entertained by the story behind the song.
Your vocal is exceptional. I don't know which instruments in the mix are you, but the whole ensemble, in addition to the melody and vocal, drive the song.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
