First off, a terrific video . . . really well done. But the song is still the star, haunting . . . Robert’s vocals might be the best I’ve heard from him . . . just fits the song so well. Love that driving drum . . . and of course the lead guitar work. Just a super cool song! Well done, fellas.

"Nisi tenebris" confused me - that along with the intro harmonies was a bit distracting but once your guitar got a chance to open up it was a cool thing.
The vocal dissonance was well placed to give things an uncomfortable edge.
I enjoyed the constant thump of the toms on the left - very martial.
I'd have liked you outro solo to carry on a bar or so after the backing and get gnarly.
Good mix and good song.

Wonderfully haunting!! Wow, Scott & Robert, you guys really create some cool music and videos. Stunning images in both. Scott, your playing is always captures the feel and lyrics so well, and the mix is mastered so well. Robert, you are definitiely in a class of your own with lyric writing. Spirit Level is always so elevating.

Scott, really enjoyed the tune, especially your guitars. Nice tones and choices throughout. The video is next level, and makes the song a feast for the eyes as well as the ears.

This audio-visual creation really taps into the psyche and the imagination.
The production is haunting and, at times, I even found it quite spooky, and the clever, thoughtful lyrics amplify these aspects well.
It's a credit to you both that you can write such emotive works.

Scott and Robert, the only thing I can say is I freaking loved this one!
I am a big sci-fi and fantasy books and movies guy so this song was right up my alley.
In fact I think this song could be made into a movie.
Great vocal, vocal effects, backing band, mix, and video.

Really cool!
Very difficult lyrics, a melody that sounds like a spell or a prayer, strange visuals, and the addition of Robert's vocals and Scott's guitar make this a truly unique piece. It's a great collaboration.

I too was amazed at the video that Robert created for this song. When we are arranging the song I am more focused on the music and complementing on the musicality of Roberts vocals. Since we have started releasing videos with our songs I have really become attached to the lyrics. After Robert sent the first draft of the video I was just stunned and speechless. I forgot about the technical side of the music and video and was totally drawn in by the message. I am so glad you like the music and video.

Dark! Janice said this made her think of novels set in the dark ages of Medieval times as well as those set in the dark post apocalyptic future. Yikes.
The audio and video reflected that feeling very well.
Robert’s haunting vocals and your excellent guitar, Scott, were in the pocket on this one for sure.
The excellent mix set up a cool soundstage on the monitors.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
