Sir, you are a POET.
One of the most beautiful songs I have heard on this forum. The lyrics are extraordinarily beautiful and poetic, the music is stunning (minimalistic or otherwise), its calm nature reminding me of one of the more serene Preludes by J. S. Bach. And the performance is also heavenly ... that hoarse voice of yours somehow adding to the calm (on the surface, at least) nature of the song.
Bravo. Loved it.

First what a great arrangement, especially near the end. Wow! Your vocal gives the lyric an abundance of pure soul. The electric piano is perfect for the open, airy and laid back mix. Love it. We were gonna quote some fav sections of the lyric but Janice said we'd have to quote it in it's entirety.  That really hit home with us seniors ... another Wow! Enjoyed it! J&B
