Sooner or later one's true colors will be revealed; and colors are being revealed.

Matt has always shown integrity and honesty . . . continue to speak the truth Matt, it matters.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

Quote
Musocity, I think the following line is the line of concern. It was written by Mike, but in your quoted texts had apparently been attributed to Matt.
Gordon, yes, that's absolutely accurate. Musocity's post definitely misquoted Matt as being the author of the text when that was not the case at all.

You think I did that deliberately ? there were so many open quote tags and close quote tags then I tried editing to fix them but then some were missing so I just abbreviated it

Really? I haven’t noticed that. “Usually”? Do you have examples you can cite? Matt talking

The original post is there for all to see, how could it be anymore clearer. Use a bit of common sense.

Your post's editing did harm, but I did not think you did it deliberately. By asking me to use common sense, instead of apologizing for your error, now I'm starting to question that as well.

yes it's makes logical sense, it's the same person for sure even though you can see plainly that it was another user's quote. I can understand the confusion if Mike deleted his post then you deleted your quote of Mike's post after I posted it then you could come back at me with confusion and attack.

FFS, the right thing to do at this point is to say "Sorry Matt" and then edit or delete the post.

Have you been given some "insider tips" that none of us know about ? confused

Usually, the beta testers find ways of leaking the goodies...
Really? I haven’t noticed that. “Usually”? Do you have examples you can cite?
a quote of a quote of a quote of a quote
If users can't see what it's about there is not much I can do to help them and I can't see how they would survive in the real world. It's just total stupidity, if your life depended on seeing the truth of it what hope would there be ?
It's fricken abbreviated rather than a massive long quote of quote of quote of quote, and that cause confusion ????
Zero tolerance these days for stupidity, zero.
I see Peter all the time use
> Blah Blah
without it as a quote tag !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A person's integrity was being challenged by the improper quoting. From my observation, it would have been much better to simply correct the error. Instead, the situation has only worsened. If you didn't deliberately misquote, the obvious thing would be to correct the error and clarify the events. Instead you insisted that others use common sense. Perhaps that comment should be reflected on by yourself?

I ended up dead on a life support machine from people's stupidity and getting wrong ideas.
As I said Zero tolerance.

- you can get instant playback inside the style picker to audition hundreds of styles if you want. And this is playback within 3 seconds.

First off, I said "usually" and that didn't happen this time. Good—it's not supposed to. I am one of those who gets offended when it happens.

I am amused that one of the frequent flyers is commenting in this thread. It didn't happen this time AFIK so I am not going bust your past transgressions.
