When Saving DON'T select `Move all media..` option !
You don't need to `Copy all media..` either.
As it will always reference the RealTracks & Drums folders.

Hi musocity, choosing "Move all Media" will not copy the source files from the /RealTracks and /RealDrums folder for Reaper Instructions. It will only copy anything that was actually rendered like wav/midi/di, so this actually shouldn't present any problems. I would suggest that you continue to select that option so that anything you did render will move to the project folder (if you didn't render anything then nothing will be moved).

Oh I see, I thought you meant the option in the plugin when you save your song as an SGU. Yes that would move the source files. If you still want to use this option, you should also check "Copy rather than move ..." so that it does not effect your bb folders.

You just need to make the user aware:
