I had trouble figuring out the authorization. In it, they are asking for your login credentials to their site - user name and password. I made the assumption that they were asking for the serial. After several "misses", I FINALLY realized they actually Meant PASSWORD... it activated.
Another choice is to download their download manager. When I logged in, I found that I actually had Sparkle, too (and Rowdy). And there is a Nice free synth. Using the manager, they download, install and activate in one operation.
