Well, that would make sense if that were the case ... $50 more to get a hard drive versus a bunch of DVD disks.

But that is not how it is being marketed by PGM, and I asked about this in the very begininng when 2010.5 and the new Tracks were first announced.

This is how it is advertised:

If one only has Version 2010, it's $99.

If one spent more to get the Ultra Plus Pak, then you have to pay $50 additional to get 2010.5.

That makes no sense.

UPDATE: Gail in Sales just admitted to me that the phrasing is misleading and incorrect.
Doesn't change anything accept now at least I am vindicated.
