Windows 10 with all updates
Strange, I have not seen a problem like this. Is there anything unusual about your setup that you can think of? Please find the log folder in the InstallManager installation directory (default is C:\bb\Data\InstallManager\Logs). Zip the .log files and send to support@pgmusic.com. Put attention Andrew in the subject and reference this forum thread, and I will look into it. I don't have any ideas about what could be causing that at the moment, but hopefully the logs will have something...
