I meant to post this back awhile when it was being discussed. This only applies to recording. Harmony when done in a band situation is not sung full voice as if you where the lead singer. It's done a little more subtly and breathy trying not to sound unique. The blend is much better. When using a harmonizer the the Helcion most people will record the lead vocal and then have it generate the harmonies. What you end up with is full voice harmonies. Try singing the lead vocal like it was a harmony part and then generate the harmonies. You'll see they are much smoother. Redo the lead vocal after.
