" If this could be done as a sub-menu on the right-click Track Settings menu, that'd be perfect (a sub-menu with the option to switch off Pushes, Rests, Shots/Holds, with all 3 options being "on" by default)."
and with the same in F5, if there could be a colour change or something to give a visual that they are disabled.
