A Exceptional Version, Exceptional Patch. So either, like me, you manage to make 2023 and 2024 coexist if your production seems essential to you, or you wait like everyone else for THE patch. There's no point reporting bugs here every day (bad publicity), it's better to send them directly to PG support.

Moultipass, I agree with everything you say (not so much about the "global beta phase" actually, but ... that's fine). My goal is to help, as I already stated at the end of my post and pretty much in every bug report that I post. And, as I also said, I am more than willing to wait and be patient. Not sure why I have to reiterate for you what I already wrote. On the other hand, I thought that reporting bugs was, indeed, a way to help. I thought that doing it publicly is a way to: 1) see if my experience is unique to my system / configuration, or if others have the same experience 2) see if my "bug" is not actually a bug, but just an error on my side (which, considering the complexity of BIAB, is more than possible), so that other more experienced users can point me to the right direction and lessen the burden on PGM with bugs report that are not really bugs. So, that's the reasoning on my side. If that's bad reasoning, I just accept it and will not report anything anymore publicly. So be it. I will just wait for "THE patch", as you call it. Just in case, though: how do I report problems directly to PGM without any publicity? That would be helpful indeed, on your part.
EDITED: never mind, I found the support form. I'm guessing that's how you report bugs.
