RT3458 is from RealTracks set 351, which was released a few years ago. You can find that out by looking at the Set column in the RealTracks Picker (set the "Show N/A RealTracks" setting) so that it will show you RT's that you don't have)
It's true that =THROUGH is a new style for 2024, but we don't generally limit new styles to using ONLY the newest RT. They use older ones when appropriate for the style. One thing you could do is sort by set number in the RT Picker and see if there is a range of sets that you are missing, and then you could download and install those sets from your download page.
