BIAB can be such a pain in the [*****]. So why was it working previously, but not on the current reinstall? You did an UltraPAK upgrade in 2022, so the PlusPAK should be fine. I think something must have gone awry with your 2023 upgrade, which I think should be a PlusPAK, not a Pro. Same approach, though, explain via chat.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
