I have PlusPak 2024
Is it normal that you can have eg Xpro or Bonus and Xtra PAKS, and there might RTs missing ?
I bought Xtra PAK 6 but N/A some few RTs instruments in it. The "NOT FOUND ADD ONS" window then shows the whole PAK6 as NOT FOUND

The 2024 PlusPAK is an upgrade that is designed to "turn your 2023 UltraPAK/UltraPAK+ into the 2024 UltraPAK/UltraPAK+" - and Xtra Styles PAKs use the complete UltraPAK/UltraPAK+/Audiophile RealTracks library.
Did you have the 2023 UltraPAK/UltraPAK+/Audiophile edition? Check your installation by opening the StylePicker and click the [Addons] button - if it's showing any RealTracks or RealDrums missing, it may be that you never had them in your installation.
If you're still unsure, reach out to our team (Live Help is great!) and they can review your order history for you.

I bought Xtra PAK 6 but N/A some few RTs instruments in it. The "NOT FOUND ADD ONS" window then shows the whole PAK6 as NOT FOUND You said "Xtra PAK 6", but do you mean XPro PAK 6? To add some details, Xtra Styles PAKs (#17 is the newest) use ANY RealTracks from the Ultra. XPro Styles PAKs (#6 is the newest) INCLUDE any RealTracks that are not available in ALL Band-in-a-Box packages. If you don't have the Ultra, it would be normal to see N/A RealTracks with Xtra Styles. However, it is NOT normal to see N/A RealTracks with XPro styles. If you ARE, you may have selected the wrong RealTracks folder when you installed it.

I dont have ultraPAK. ( Yes, I used the Xtra PAK 6 as one example, I understand the confusion it generated)
I have all 17 Xtra Paks with lots of N/A
I have all 6 Xpro´s with lots of N/A
I just now reinstalled both Xtra PAK 17 and Xpro 6.
Still N/A in certain styles (eg 1543: synth pad, pop believe and lush chords pedal steel),
so that tells me that something isnt available for me, but I installed it in the right RT folder.
Still there is plenty perfect styles and I can work around other RT, but those synths and steels I really would like to have

I had that with my new computer, If you rebuild and make sure of the paths to the folders it may clear up.
HP Win 11 12 gig ram, Mac mini Sonoma with 16 gig of ram, BiaB 2025, Realband, Reaper 7, Harrison Mixbus 9 32c , Melodyne 5 editor, Presonus Audiobox 1818VSL, Presonus control app.

The PlusPAK should be installed over an Ultra or equivalent from last year - it would be worth contacting us to check your orders, since it seems like you must have purchased an Ultra at some point - if not or if it was a very long time ago, you might want to exchange the PlusPAK for an Ultra...

Yes I´ve been a VERY long time customer, but cant remember if I have ultrapak.
How can I exchange plus with ulra and how much will it cost ?
Could you provide a link for that operation?

I really would like to have all RTs for the styles.
I really have rebuilt and rebuilt even the last updates for no avail.
