Try this;
Make sure your ASIO interface is turned on before before starting RB.
Make sure nothing else is using that ASIO device.

I have not heard of anyone else having this issue specifically with 2024.
Have you made sure the ASIO driver selection in Preferences - AUDIO tab - ASIO Driver area is set to the desired device?
IE, make sure RB is not trying to use a different ASIO driver than expected.
