Hello,

Thank you for sending that file. That plays ok with both Band-in-a-Box and RealBand in my testing. Do you know if this problem just started happening? In other words, are you sure that you had played that same file before?

First, verify that you are using the same Drums folder in RealBand as you are in Band-in-a-Box. This is to make sure that RealBand isn't pointing to an older Drums folder you have installed on your computer from a previous version, or whatever.

To do this, first open Band-in-a-Box and open the RealDrums Settings window. If you are using a custom drum folder location, take note of what it is. If you are not using a custom drum folder location, your drum folder is just C:\bb\Drums (assuming you have Band-in-a-Box installed in C:\bb, the default. Next, open RealBand and go to Opt.-Preferences-Song generation...[Paths....]. Compare the RealDrums path there with the one you found in Band-in-a-Box.

If you are using the same Drums folder in both programs (which you should be), and the error still happens, then try reinstalling that particular Drums style using the link I will send you. **Before you test it again, reboot your computer, so that the program will not be using a cached wave file.**

Let me know how that goes.
