Having just upgraded to the MegaPak version of BIAB, I'm beginning to realise what a mind blowing program this is.
I'm trying to find the right style from all those available in the 77 style sets to popular pop songs, I didn't realise this would be so difficult.
I notice in the Styles Selection page, on the right is a box with examples of songs for that particular style. Is there any way I can do a search for say 'Crocodile Rock' and have all the recommend styles display for this song.

In the StylePicker window, there is a button marked "Search". Click it and type in your search term (e.g. crocodile). Click OK and it will find the first instance. To repeat the search for the next instance, click on the "G" button next to search (I guess "G" is for "aGain").

I wish there was an easier way, also. "Like feel and tempo" helps a little, but there are many many to choose from on the list. I would make a suggestion on the Wish List Forum, but I don't know how to select and choose appropriate categories. It does take me a long time to choose a style and sometimes I'm quite surprised at what I end up with. So many choices, so little time.  Stan

I also added a post about the style picker, as you say it would have been nice to have a better way to filter the styles. Maybe when you search for something they should filter the list instead of just shooting to the one found in the list.
There is a LOT to trawl through and I suspect that I could be missing the nice ones.
I do however like the way that you can store your favourites.
I am actually finding that I am more and more just starting with one that is closest and then 9 times out of 10 start substituting the instruments one be one until I packaged my own style for my song. I am getting better results that way than trying to find the pre-defined style that works.
I'm doing allright for Country Trash ....
