The first was that a new song would have three choruses (using the jazz meaning of 'chorus'. The second was that there is an option to 'vary the middle chorus(es)'. That meant that even if the first time through the song used an "A" part marker, BIAB would switch to the "B" part marker to get a 'busier' pattern for the middle choruses, ostensibly for a backing behind a live soloist. Does that address your question? If so, either use repeats for the number of choruses and make sure that option for varying is on, or else make one long song where the first and last chorus use the A part marker.
