I'm genuinely interested what the Tracks Window adds to your 'workflow' musically? I watched the latest promo video and I fail to see the purpose. I did ask on FB and one suggestion was it could be used by someone without a DAW or for those who want to stay in one program. I can see that but otherwise? Please enlighten me.

Why did the video not include anything about the regen function?
Seems like that is one of the truly game-changing additions... and they did not mention it...
And it caused some confusion (for me, at least) until it was explained elsewhere...
