1. If he has the 49PAK, he should download and install that.

2. First, have him open the StylePicker / MultiPicker and Rebuild. This fully rebuilds everything - RealTracks, Drums, etc. At the same time, you can check if there is a custom folder selected. (based on your message I'm not sure if there should be, e.g. does he have the UltraPAK hard drive? Did he download?)

At this point, he should have no N/A RealTracks in the RealTracks Picker if everything is installed correctly. If he does have some N/A, find out an example of one that is N/A and figure out why it is missing. The rest of them will probably be missing for the same reason. Sometimes it will say something like "N/A RealTracks folder not found" - this means that he HAS installed that particular RT (the .ST2 is present in the bb/Soloists folder) but he likely installed the RealTracks folder to a different location. You can also sort the RT's by set number, and check to see if there is a range of sets that are missing. If he downloaded the UltraPAK, then perhaps he missed some sets.
