Thanks Jeff for chiming in. The issue is that this is totally inconsistent. There is no second monitor available on my system.

Why close the Notation Window after the Lead Sheet launches? (Yes, it closes after the Lead Sheet has already been displayed).
Why can the ACW and Tracks Window stay and not the Notation display?
Why does the Piano Roll disappear when the Lead Sheet is selected?

I want to call this operation a bug but another has already disagreed. Buggy? Yes, absolutely.
