I have a second monitor set up, but lead sheet is not showing up there. If lead sheet is hiding behind another window, how do I bring it to the top? I really don't think it's related to a second monitor availability issue. It's now been highlighted elsewhere with several descriptive examples. Let us hope that they consolidate this into a sensibly conforming operation, and provide a workable patch soon.
