I wrote this back in 2012 before BIAB and played for real, well guitar and bass anyway. This is the song born again. Some may find it a bit preachy but it's all for your own good. 100% song. Great vocals and production. It sound like something I should have on a compilation country rock CD.

Nice toe-tapping groove to this one . . . like that piano a whole lot, really carries the song. Very slick lines throughout that lyric. Everything works well here, Vic. Nicely done!

Cool. Love songs that are for my own good, and it's alwasy good when you write it, Vic. Fun lyrics. I hear rool 'em up and think of rolling up sleeves or rolling joints. Hmmm. Easy choice. Very catchy chorus. I'll be singing this one a lot.

Vic...love the band you put together...the instrumental stuff was so very perfect with your melody...you captured kind of a honky-tonk preacher vibe with this one but not too preachy...it's a good message...very catchy tune and melody...it's another good one!
