They haven't finished the editing functions in MutiTrack view yet so I used the Audio Edit window in each instance to copy the sections.

It should be all working but it don't work every time for me, so let them sort that out more.
In Reaper you can import the whole RealDrum source file and edit it up so easy by selecting a time section on the timeline then right click on the item "Copy selected are of items" then Ctrl+V on the Drum track.
When drop and drag whole drum track into Reaper, right click the item > Item Properties > Playback rate "Set" set original bpm of drum file.
If it don't work there are other setting in Preferences, so let me know where you get stuck.
