MIDI Channels setup in preferences for legacy tracks seem to interfere when using the Utility Tracks for MIDI.
Even with no "ctrl 7 volume events" on the Utility MIDI tracks and Legacy Tracks...
The channels assigned in preferences, appear to interfere with the 16 Utility Tracks,
causing levels not to hold. (e.g.- When you hit play, the levels shift).

To get around this, I've been setting up a separate synth on a blank track (usually solo).
Then using "Re-route MIDI Plugin" for each Utility Track to that track,
acting as the "utility synth master", to get around this issue.
(Have to manually set each track to a channel also).

Maybe the addition in the future, of a dedicated "Master Utility-Track Synthesizer" channel/fader would prevent this?

Been dealing with this issue since Utility Tracks first made their appearance.
Hope this make some sense to someone and that they've found a better workaround for this issue.

Thanks.
