Because it's realtracks :-) (Look Ma!_No midi)..The notation is for educational etc. purposes only.
I can save midifile in a allrealtrack style, but it sounds very strange when I import it in Garageband.
You can change individual notes in the notation window of a realtrack, if you want a specific voice leading, and then freeze the track.
It's a mystery to me how PGmusic manages to make all those good sounding realtracks.
I'll love to see video from a "realtrack" recording session, that would be very interesting. But I suppose that's one if PGmusic's trade secrets :-)
