Hi, Torrey! Vocal sounds fine to me, harmonies especially are tight. Love the groove, reminds me of Steely Dan somewhat. Great message, and great hook! It's really good to see you with a new song

Wonderful tune and amazing vocal & instrumental performance. Harmonies worked very well, they do not feel "struggled". A+ message. Very clear mix. 3 spins, always something new to find. Enjoyed it and thank you for sharing.

Torrey...well, first off the vocals are stellar...whether you struggled or not the harmonies are spot-on...I am amazed at the recovery of your vocal abilities given what you've been through my friend...the song is everything it should be...your musical sensitivities, musicianship, style and production are always tasteful and filled with the right choices...the message is positive and true and the genre (whatever it is?) matches the upbeat "gospel" of what you're saying...the style and tempo we use are the palate we paint our messages on and I think you chose the correct ones here! we've been waiting a while to hear your songs again! Hmmm. I've heard this one several times and it's about time I tell ya how much I enjoy it. (Actually I thought I commented before, but the song had me so enthralled that I never pushed the Post Replay button. Well, Torrey, I guess that says it all.
Outstanding lyrics and great advice. You are one heck of an inspirational human, brother. I'n so glad you're getting it done in spite of the added effort. The results are definitely not disappointing. Terific melody and harmony.

Wow, what a song!! Kinda reminds me of the Doobie Brothers sound. That lead guitar is great, and the three part harmony is spot on.

Mornin' Torrey.... I like it! It has an easy going flow to it that pulls you in.. All the vox are sounding great along with the fine axe work. I've been operating in creative deficit the last few months.  This is a good song Torrey....hope all is well.

Your BIAB search was fruitful. You hit on the right style. I dig the RT bass line. Your guitar fills add subtle flavor to your song. Harmonies sound good. I like the sudden ending.

This is classic Torrey with a great message in the lyric, powerful vocals and instrumental performances and a tight mix.

The chord progression is very interesting.
The melody that is developed on top of it is also wonderful.
