I'll note that although term "many greetings" is grammatically correct in English, it doesn't really translate well. It comes across more as "I greet you multiple times". The internet tells me there's the original Latin "salutem plurimam dicit", but that's also not well known here. "Best wishes" is perhaps the best substitute, but it lacks the flavor of "many greetings".
