The install puts:
1. RealTracks into your RealTracks folder (usually c:\bb\RealTracks folder)
2. ST2 files into your BB folder (usually c:\BB)
At the beginning of the install, you specify the folders for #1 and #2, in case they are different from the defaults.
From the description of your problem, it sounds like you input an incorrect folder for the BB folder. This would result in the ST2 files getting put somewhere else. You should do a search and find them. If all fails, redo the install, and make sure the folder names are correct.
