I am using windows 7 64bit operating system.
BIAB is located on the D drive and BIAB always recognized the location.

Thanks for the response Dr. Gannon. However, I have tried the process you described several times and go no results. Although the install did install realtracks in the correct folder it did not install the ST file.

I DID THIS to solve the problem. I set up a different folder just to see what was being installed from the DVD's. Looking at my temp folder I could see all files realtracks wma and STs. I then copied the St and other files in the temp root directory to the actual BIAB folder BB and BIAB works fine now.

I DID not copy the Realtrack folder in the temp file since the actual realracks were already in the working copy of BIAB.
