If you have Reaper you have you have the easiest solution, no DAW Plug-In Mode, no rendering, do dragging:

In Biab freeze tracks
In Biab Save SGU
In Reaper Open SGU

What I would add to your instructions are:

To get your BIAB song (tracks) into Reaper:

In Reaper go to:
1. Actions/Show Action List/
2. Locate 'Script Import Frozen SGU etc.' and then hit 'Run'.

The problem I had was that after the tracks were added to Reaper, I couldn't hear them play. frown
All the wav audio was showing as OFFLINE.
