Floyd...you had me at the intro...love the energy and the pop and meter of the lyric...you are a master at constructing the BiaB tracks! ...great harmony and vocal...cool ending! Thanks, Dan... Hi Floyd,
Like Dan, you had my full attention with the intro. A simple but very effective lyric. the backing tracks are full and fill in all the cracks and creases in the soundscape. It sounds to me you've left the background tracks a little more forward in the mix than you typically do. I like it!
As always, a superb vocal. What I particularly like about your vocal delivery on this one is how you clipped the last word of each verse, almost a vocal staccato.
And the surprise ending was a real treat - leaving the last vocal line without the resolution was quite effective
