They seemed to have gotten it backwards for the idea of auditioning the next chords.
For example, make it easy/ (more intuitive) to audition next chords ideas and more work to insert/commit the chord (which make sense when fishing for the next chord).

I am guessing the reason they reversed it, was they thought it would be better to match the existing method for auditioning of chords in the Chord View which is (shift+ Enter).

I personally do not care for the audition of 4 chords in the bar by using two different hot keys. (Shift & Ctrl = not intuitive)
I would have much preferred (Shift+ Enter) to audition the chord and automatically move to the next chord and then another Shift + Enter would have auditioned each next Chord.
This would have been smarter as it would allow you to audition up to 16 chords in a bar for as long as you wanted.
