Dave Bell played guitar, and I played bass and sang. Somewhere In The WorldWhen you stand in line to pay for your gas do you ever think the world should be free? Maybe there's a soul somewhere in the world who thinks a lot like you and me. So maybe there's a sky where the air is still clean. Maybe starched flags will unfurl. Maybe o'er the fence the grass is still green somewhere in the world. If there's ever going to be safe place to let your children grow up knowing peace, feelings have to change from careless to care, and selfish ways have got to cease. So maybe there's a land where we all live as one. Maybe king's queens won't be pearled. Maybe we'll all see that we all must belong somewhere in the world. Change will come if we want it or not so it's better if we help it our way. Time has come to improve or just rot. Go now. Or could we stay? Great song and great vocal. Love the song and message. Some awesome production here as well. Also, Dave's guitar and solo perfectly support the song and mood.

Good vocals, great guitars (both the real one and the smaller one with the 6 strings) and a really good production.
The icing on the cake is the "Somewhere in the world" outro, which I would actually have put already as a chorus between the verses because it's so catchy.

Bob Thanks, Bob. Spent a week with Chuck Rainey once and that's who Dave reminds me of. In the studio they can both play any song and make it sound Goldilocks perfect. Marty and Dave...another great production and video...a positive and hopeful message and lyric...well done...I really like the ending with the BGV's...they are super! Thanks, Dan. I understand that the song is more of a Utopian Fantasy, but there's still hope that the grass is somewhere greener. Marty
