The other emails I sent went to a different department that I had been directed to.

But the first one to the art department never got answered, until Peter stepped in today and even he said they would not have responded to it. Internal email they would have; but once they saw it was from a customer, it got ignored, and no one sought to resolve the issue --- except Peter.
