I like your song, especially the lyrics.
The catchy chorus gets my feet moving.
Cool stuff!
Thanks for listening and commenting, B. D.!
Great song on all fronts, lyrically, vocally, structure and mix.
Can't ask for a better thumbs up then that, WaoBand. Thanks for the ear.
Dewey, really tight write, with plenty of hooks and energetic vocals. Cool harmonies, too. To me, this song is all about the vocals, and the band does a nice job staying out of the way. Super job!
Ron, I appreciate you listening and I never really thought about the 'band...staying out of the way' when picking a style and mixing but I will for sure keep it in mind from here on. Thanks for the tip!
Hi, Dewey.
I couldn't say that there's any market for this, but this has all the hallmarks of your other songs: well sung, catchy, good lyrics and a solid arrangement.
My brain refused to accept the portmanteau "tropic-call", but that's me, not you.
Fun pop!
David, I'm with you in that I don't know how this song would be marketed. My guess is that most of us songwriters get an idea and write it then consider the marketing prospects after the fact. It's in our blood to get the write out first, wouldn't you agree? Thank you so much for listening and sharing your thoughts.
What a great feel and a fun story, Dewey. Your excellent signature vocal always makes every song something to hear. You sprinkle these with hook after hook to keep the listen wanting more. Play it again. Cool title, too.
Marty, are you the kindest person on this earth? Thank you so much for listening to all my tracks and encouraging me, my friend!
