Hi, Chris.

Sounds nice - good arrangement, and nice vocals.

There are some places where you put the stress on the "wrong" syllable, which makes it sound unnatural. As a rule, the syllable with the stronger stress should get the higher pitch.

One tool that's available is the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary, which is what SynthesizerV was trained on for English pronunciation. There's a Show lexical stress option that will show the stress on each vowel:

0 — No stress
1 — Primary stress
2 — Secondary stress

For example, "SOMEWHERE" has the stress pattern "S AH1 M W EH2 R .", so AH has the primary stress, so whould get a higher pitch.

Anyway, nice song! smile

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
