If there were some command line options available that would make it much easier for those interested in more smoothly navigating from BIAB to another app and back. For example, I prefer to work on my melody in Sibelius, I just do.

So if from BIAB I had the option to launch an external editor on a BIAB track and in particular the melody track that would be great. In other words :

1. Launch external editor , I'm giving a choice I preconfigured e.g. Sibelius, MusicWrite
2. External editor opens on midi file.

Now if I could create a shortcut or bat file on my system to do the following:

bb.exe mySong.mgu -m myMelody.mid

where bb.exe is the band in the box executable
where mySong.mgu is a file in a band in the box format
where myMelody.mid is a midi type 0 file.

Again, the above is quite easy to do from a tech perspective, and it would make it easy to bounce between apps.

thanks, hope it will be considered.
